Do I need a plan to keep my work?

No. Everything you make is yours to export or save to your device, free, forever, and a free account syncs your projects across your devices. The tools are the same on every plan. A plan adds more storage, longer version history, more shared spaces and people, and big-file sync on Studio.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free. Anything over the free storage becomes read-only — you can still open and export all of it, any time. Nothing is deleted.

Can I get my money back?

Yes. Email us within 14 days of any payment and we refund it in full, no questions asked.

Can I work on projects with other people?

Yes. Move a project into a shared space, invite people by link, and follow each other’s comments and versions. Two people editing the same project at the same moment is still in development. Your projects stay private unless you share them.
